Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any driving lesson.
• For driving test bookings, at least 14 days' notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or amend the test appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in 100% of the lesson or test fee being charged.
• If a student cancels more than twice without sufficient notice, Mindful Motoring reserves the right to request full prepayment for all future lessons. 

Payments & Refunds

• Lesson fees are payable at the start of each lesson unless prepaid as part of a package.
• Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. Bank transfers must be completed before the lesson and confirmed with the instructor.
• Package deals must be paid in full at the start of the first lesson in the package.
• Refunds for partially completed packages will be calculated by deducting:
  • The cost of any lessons already taken (charged at the standard single-lesson rate),
  • A £20 administration fee.
• All refunds will be made via bank transfer; the student must provide accurate bank details.
